Well, they're not the greatest, but I wanted to put up *something*. I borrowed these from a real estate listing. :)
The front from the street (taken I think, when the house was listed in June...it's no where near so green now!) Oh, and those two little windows up over the garage? That's my sewing room! :-D
This is our living room...the front door is just behind and to the left of the photographer...kitchen/dining/family rooms are to your left, bedrooms are to your right
My kitchen! Through the door on the far wall, is some pantry space, the laundry room, and then either the garage or sewing room, depending on if you go right or left...it's taken from the door way to that screened in back porch, in the family room, but you can't really see any of it...it's another big open room with lots of windows, and the brick side of the fireplace (it's double sided)...
And I know this isn't really a usual picture, but it is one of the things I'm most looking forward too! It's the master bathroom, or at least part of it, there's also a large, walk in closet and a little potty room, but the real pearls are the big closet stall, and that wonderful jet tub!! :-D My pregnant self is really looking forward to being able to relax in a tub that not only holds water, but is big enough to cover my belly! ;-)
Today I was able to show my mom and dad, and Joe's mom around, and it is so much fun to get to unlock the door with my own key, and then show everyone around! I also got all of the kitchen cabinets/drawers lined, as well as the cabinets in the master bathroom. It's not a lot, but it's progress that will make unpacking go faster! We got an ice storm last night, and it iced/rained most of the day so it wasn't really a good day for moving. But hopefully the next few evenings and this weekend we'll be able to get allot of stuff moved over...and maybe we'll even be able to go do a bit of furniture shopping during all of the President's day sales...
Tomorrow, I'm going to drive Heather down to her midwife's appointment. Hopefully Miss Zoey will be cooperative, and she'll get here soon! Her due date is Saturday, but I think that Heather and Zoey are both ready for a bit of their own space! ;-)
