Renaissance Fair Pictures!

Thanks to Miss Eliza's getting up early last Saturday to take these for us, here are some pictures to show you all our costumes. :) Authentic they may not be, but they sure were fun to where!! And surprisingly cool, compared to other clothing options...haha, really though I think we would have roasted no matter what we wore, and this at least covered us up so the sunburn was kept to a minimum. ;-)

So without further ado... Oh, and the ones of Jenny eating her finger really serve no purpose except helping you all get your daily does or "cuteness". :) Isn't it neat how we found matching plaids? Mine and Jenny's is a heavy flannel, while Joe's is a nice woven cotton. I really liked making the binding for my vest...I think it really added a nice touch...and it's lined with the prettiest pink damask-y remnant I got at JoAnn's...not visible, but fun to know it's there!

You did a great job on those costumes! Truly authentic. But I must admit, the picture of Jenny chewing on her finger was my favorite.

Tilly, I love those costumes! You all look wonderful. What a great job you did - I love to sew, but for some reason, I don't like to make costumes of any kind.

I hope you got my mailing address. I did email you with it. I'll try again today.

Gena

P.S. You daughter is adorable.
