WIFD Day 2 & 3 & 4-ish

Okay...playing catch up here... :-)
Jenny in her "LauranPa" dress :) (Monday)
Wait! That's no skirt! No... it's a disasembled half of my mother's kitchen... those used to be sideways and mounted on a wall :)
Right there! It was a grand total of *7* screws to take out all of those cabinets! And the best part?...We did it ALL (moving fridge etc.) in skirts! Mine is fleece, from Land's End several years ago, t-shirt from WalMart. Not the best pictures, buy hey, we were busy! That's my Mama :) Her outfit is Land's End from head to toe.And this is what I've been upto lately in the sewing department...this is the first of four nightgowns. I'm making two each for my Jenny and my (also 2yrso) sister Zelie. The others are pleated instead of gathered in the intrest of saving time. There's one more like this, and the other two are light green flannel for the sleeves and skirt, with the butterfly/flower flannel for the bodice. She loves it...I have to convince her take it off each morning!

Your daughter looks adorable as always:-)
Isn't it great what you can do in a skirt?! Good for you:-) I love the action shots...mine have all been lazy days compared to yours:-)

Hope you are well!

Lots of love,
Sommer

I just LOVE the LauranPa dress. Isn't it great to do work in skirts? I've gotten so used to it that I feel strange and naked when I wear pants now! lol

Oh I love that little dress on her. Our Norah wore one of mine yesterday--swiss dot, smocking, peter pan collar--the whole vintage deal. So much fun.
